Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Step Review- Video

Today we're going to be reviewing the Curt trailer hitch mounted step with anti-skid surface for 2-inch trailer hitches, part number C31001. The hitch step is an excellent product if you need to get to those hard to reach places such as the roof of your vehicle to unload your cargo baskets or your engine compartment with your front hitches. It has a nice non-skid surface here, which will help with traction when you're stepping up to get to your roof. It also has a nice black powder coat finish, which is rust and corrosion resistant. The overall dimensions for the plate itself are 6-3/8 inches here and 10-3/4 inches from here to here. Now, the measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the platform is 5-1/4 inches. more

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Heininger HitchMate TruckStep XL Extendable Hitch Mount Step, Part Number: HE4037. This HitchMate XL TruckStep allows you to gain easy access to cargo on the back of your truck bed. It extends fully out from the center of the hitch pin hole roughly 21", giving you an 8" x 11" step. It can be adjusted in to accommodate your application and when not in use the whole step folds up for compact storage. Simply pull back on the step, rotate it up, pull the pin on the side, and you've got it. This is the position you want it in when you're on the road. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Carr Mega Step. This is a 14-inch by 5-inch fold-down step designed to mount into 2-inch receiver tube hitches, and it offers a 500-pound weight capacity. Draw-Tite Hitch Step - Fixed Step - 6758 Review- Video

Today, we'll be reviewing part number 6758, this is the front mount trailer hitch receiver mounted service step, from Draw-Tite. This hitch accessory is going to make it easy to get into your engine compartment, especially for those 4x4 trucks. This also can be used on a rear mounted hitch, when using a class 3 or class 4 hitch. It has a nice powder coated steel construction, which means this step is going to last just as long as your vehicle, and it has a nice non-skid surface, that's going to provide extra stability when using it. Now, also, the durable black powder coat finish is going to really help it stand up well against rust and corrosion. Our step is going to measure 11 inches wide by 6 inches in depth. The closest point of the step to the center of our hitch pinhole is going to measure about 5 1/4 of an inch. more

Pilot Bullt Black Bull LED Hitch-Mounted Step Review- Video

Today we're taking a look at the Pilot Bully Black Bull LED hitch mounted step for inch and a quarter and 2-inch hitches. Part number BBS-1104L. The hitch step is helpful as it slides in your receiver giving you easy access to your truck bed, roof rack or cargo area of your truck or SUV. Let's go over a few quick features of the Bully hitch mounted step. You'll notice how there's a pad up here on top of the step and it has a pattern built into it to keep you from slipping off when you're using the step. So when you step up on it you get grip and your foot doesn't slip off. It also has rubber end caps on both sides to protect your bumper when putting it in so that you don't get any scratches on your bumper. There's also an LED strip across the back here that is tied in with the 4 flat wiring on your vehicle that lights up when your running lights are on as well as the brake lights and it does function with the turn signals, but it doesn't go right or left. It just flashes when the turn signal's on for either the right side or the left side. Let's go ahead and show you how easy it is to use the Bully hitch step. Simply put your foot there and you can step up into the bed. more
